Contact
This site is a demonstration build and its publisher has not yet published a contact channel. Until it does, this page says so rather than inventing an address, explains what a message to the site could help with once a channel exists, and points you to the places that can act now: the operator's customer care, the Gambling Regulatory Authority and the self-exclusion route.
The honest position
The publisher's legal name and its e-mail address or form are not published yet. No reply time is promised, because no channel exists to reply through. When the channel is set up it will appear here first, then in the footer, and this paragraph will be replaced with the address and the hours it is read.
Nothing on this site asks you for personal information. There is no form, no account and no newsletter, so there is nothing to send until the publisher names a channel.
What a message to this site can help with
- A factual error on a page: a wrong payout, a wrong section number, a misread provider page. Say which page and which sentence, and if you can, give the primary source that shows the correct fact. The corrections page explains what happens next.
- A question that a guide should answer and does not. The queue of planned guides is drawn from questions people ask; a question that keeps coming up moves up the list.
- A broken link, a page that does not render on your phone, or a word that is unclear.
A message to this site cannot help with a bet, a payout, an account or a complaint against a casino. The site is not a casino and not the regulator, and it cannot see your account. The table below is where those questions go.
If your question is about
| If your question is about | The right place | Why there |
|---|---|---|
| A bet, a payout, a withdrawal or your account | The operator's customer care first | A licensee's customer care centre must report any matter raised by the public to the Authority within two days (L.N. 112 r.9(2)(d)). If the complaint is not resolved after 72 hours, or you ask in writing, the operator must refer it to the Authority (r.9(2)(e)). Winnings unpaid after 14 days attract a penalty of 5% to the Authority and interest of 5% per day to you for the next 21 days (r.101). |
| A complaint about an operator that customer care has not resolved | The Gambling Regulatory Authority | Receiving and determining complaints from the public about games of chance is one of the Authority's statutory functions (Gambling Control Act, 2025, s.10(m)). Its complaints page on gra.go.ke describes a form delivered to its Nairobi offices or sent by e-mail. The toll-free line shown on the regulator's website is 0800-723-770. |
| Gambling that has become a problem, for you or for someone close | Self-exclusion and the toll-free line | You may enter a voluntary self-exclusion agreement with a licensee covering all gambling, including online (s.115(1)), or apply to the Authority on Form 1 with a copy of your ID for six months, one year, two years or indefinitely (L.N. 112 r.70). Online platforms must offer real-time self-exclusion (r.67(3)). The responsible gambling page has the steps. |
| A decision by the Authority, or an online gambling dispute you want heard | The Gambling Appeals Tribunal | The Tribunal hears appeals against the Authority's decisions and complaints about gambling transaction outcomes (s.88(1), (9)). A party to an online gambling dispute may appeal within 14 days (s.80). The Tribunal has no jurisdiction until the Authority's own mechanisms have been used first (L.N. 115 r.18), and its decisions may be appealed to the High Court within 14 days (s.90). |
| Your personal data held by an operator | The operator, then the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner | Under s.26 of the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may be informed of how your data is used, access it, object to processing and have false or misleading data corrected or deleted. A complaint to the Data Commissioner may be made orally or in writing and must be concluded within 90 days (s.56). |
| An error on this site | This site, once a channel is published | See the corrections page. Until a channel exists, the correction log there is the record of what has been fixed. |
A note for operators and providers
This site does not list, rank or link to operators and does not sell placement, so there is nothing to apply for. If a page describes your licence status, your game rules or your studio inaccurately, a correction that points to the primary source (the regulator's list, the Gazette text or your own published game page) will be acted on and logged. Press releases and marketing material are not sources this site uses; the editorial policy lists what is.
