Short terms for a simple site. Live Casino Kenya publishes information about live dealer casino games for adults in Kenya. It takes no bets, holds no money, recommends no operator and gives no advice. Reading it means accepting the terms below, which mostly describe what the site is not and what you should not rely on it for.
Who the site is for
Readers who are eighteen or over and in Kenya. Gambling in Kenya is for adults of the age of majority: operators must require proof of age of majority before registering a player (Gambling Control Act, 2025, s.72(3)) and before paying a prize (s.70(6)), and the 2026 Conduct of Gambling Operations Regulations treat persons under eighteen as minors who must be kept out of gambling and gambling promotion (L.N. 112 r.92(1)(c)). If you are under eighteen, this site is not for you. If you are outside Kenya, the law described here is not the law where you are.
Information, not advice
The pages describe what the Gambling Control Act, 2025, the Regulations made under it and the game providers' own publications say, and they derive arithmetic from stated rules. They are not legal, financial or medical advice and are not a substitute for a lawyer, the Gambling Regulatory Authority or a doctor. A decision to gamble, to stop, to complain or to self-exclude is yours; the site gives you the sections and the numbers, not the decision.
Tables and figures are illustrative
The payout and house edge tables, including those on the table rules page, are derived from standard rules and are labelled as such. They describe long-run averages, not the result of any session, and they do not describe a particular casino's table. A licensee must display the odds, rules and terms of every bet it offers (L.N. 112 r.23), and those displayed rules, not this site's tables, govern any bet you place. Worked examples in shillings are illustrative examples and nothing more.
The regulator's page prevails
Where this site describes the Gambling Regulatory Authority's published list of licensed operators, its complaints process or its self-exclusion process, it does so from the regulator's pages on the date stated. Those pages change. If anything here differs from what the Authority publishes today, the Authority's live page prevails and this site should be corrected; see corrections.
No gambling services
This site offers no gambling, opens no accounts, takes no deposits and pays no winnings. It is not licensed under the Act because it conducts nothing that requires a licence. It does not link to operators and does not act as an agent, affiliate or intermediary for any of them. Any page that appears to do so is either a mistake to be corrected or not a page of this site.
No responsibility for operators
The site has no control over and no relationship with any casino, platform or payment provider. It is not responsible for an operator's rules, its payouts, the state of its licence, the behaviour of its staff or the handling of your data or money. Complaints about an operator go to the operator's customer care, then to the Authority (L.N. 112 r.9(2)(d)-(e); s.10(m) of the Act), and disputes may reach the Gambling Appeals Tribunal (s.88). The contact page maps each kind of question to the right place.
Accuracy and liability
Every page is checked against primary sources before publication, and errors are corrected and logged when found. Even so, the law changes, pages are read at a point in time, and arithmetic can be mistyped. The site is provided as it is, and the publisher accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on it, to the extent the law allows. If you find an error, the corrections page explains how to report it.
Links to other sites
Guides link to primary sources: the Act and Regulations as hosted by the regulator and Kenya Law, the regulator's own pages, the Data Protection Commissioner and the game providers' published pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. No link on this site points to a gambling operator, and no link is paid for.
Copying
You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. The tables of payouts and probabilities describe standard rules and may be reproduced with attribution and with their "derived" labels intact; stripping the labels would turn a derivation into a claim, which the site does not make.
Changes to these terms
These terms change when the site changes, for example when the publisher's details are published or if the site ever took income. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and material changes are noted on the corrections page. The site is published for readers in Kenya and is to be read under the laws of Kenya.
