Corrections
A site that cites section numbers and derives percentages will sometimes get one wrong. When it does, the fix is made in the open: the page is corrected, its date changes, and the error and the replacement are recorded here. This page explains what counts as an error, how to report one and what happens next, and holds the log.
What counts as an error
- A legal statement with the wrong section or regulation number, or one that the cited section does not support.
- A figure that is wrong: a payout, a probability, a house edge, a fee, a time limit or a penalty.
- A description of a game, a studio or a provider's rule that the provider's own page contradicts.
- A statement about the regulator or its published list that the regulator's page contradicts on the date given.
- A date that is wrong, including the date a source was read.
- Wording that could be read as a recommendation, an inducement or a promise, which this site does not make.
Differences of opinion about what the law ought to say, or requests to describe an operator more favourably, are not corrections.
How to report an error
The publisher's contact channel is not yet published; the contact page explains the position. When it is, a report needs three things: the address of the page, the sentence that is wrong, and if you have it the primary source that shows the correct fact. A link to the Gazette text, the regulator's page or the provider's own game page is acted on fastest. A screenshot of a casino's promotion is not a source.
What happens next
- The report is checked against the primary source. If the source confirms the error, the page is corrected the same day the check is completed.
- The corrected page shows a new "Updated" date.
- A row is added to the log below with the date, the page, what was wrong and what replaced it.
- If the same error appears on other pages, they are corrected and logged too.
- If a report turns out to be right about the fact but the site's reading of the law differs, the log says so rather than quietly changing the text.
A correction never deletes the record that the error existed. The log is the memory of the site.

Re-reading the law
Facts about the Gambling Control Act, 2025 and the 2026 Regulations are re-read against their sources whenever a new Legal Notice or amendment is gazetted, and whenever the regulator's published list changes. A change that comes from the law changing, rather than from an error, is noted on the affected page with the date and is not logged here as a correction.
